He is survived by: his wife Melinda Storey; his children, Leigh Storey Tekulve (John Tekulve) of Cincinnati, Anne Storey Jones (Richard Jones) of Louisville, Jane Walker Starling (Peter Starling) of Naples, Florida and Barckley Storey; his grandchildren, Samantha Tekulve, Theodore Tekulve, Andrew Tekulve of Cincinnati, Ryan Jones of San Francisco, CA., Henry Jones of Louisville, Miller and Charlotte Starling; his stepdaughter Ellie Galbreath (Chris Stenger); his stepgrandchildren, Ian and Theo Stenger; his stepdaughter Cecily Galbreath of Lexington; his stepgrandson Jose Allred; his sister Patricia DeCamp (Dick DeCamp); his nephew Patterson DeCamp (Kim DeCamp) of Lexington; his great-niece Elise DeCamp; his great-nephew Braxton DeCamp of New York, NY; and his siblings-in-law, Nancy Hanna of Little Falls, NY and Robert E. Fish of Lexington.
