He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Francis Knight and Flora Violet Gardner Knight; and his brothers, Eddie Knight and Phil Knight. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Knight; his children, Gardner Knight (Kelly) of Versailles and Tammy Courtney (Todd) of Versailles; and his grandchildren, Mallory Knight (Joe), Bridget McCartt (Josh), Corey Courtney (Hayley), Brittany Lowe (Josh), Kaitlyn Bowman and Ashton Courtney. He is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren.
