She was predeceased by: her parents, John Stine and Rita Stine (Bennett); and her husband Raymond Thomas Fleming. She is survived by: her children, Ann Fleming, John Fleming (Karen) and Tom Fleming (Diana); and her grandchildren, David and Jessica. She is also survived by her family, friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at 1750 Summerhill Dr, Lexington, KY 40515. A Mass was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
