She was predeceased by: her parent Marvin Phillips of Nicholasville. She is survived by: her parent Hester Phillips of Nicholasville; her children, Steven Fischer (Karen), Craig Fischer, Chris Fischer (Angie) and Suzanne Dorsey (Todd); her grandchildren, Chandler Fischer (Martha), Erin Fischer, Ethan Fischer, Kristin Gamble, Corey Gamble and Eli Fischer; and her stepgrandchildren, Kyle Dorsey, Kurt Dorsey, Chris Owen and Jeff Owen.

Flowers are welcome, but the family suggests donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
