He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard McGee Sr. and Dorothy McGee; and his brother Gregory McGee. He is survived by: his siblings, Richard McGee Jr., Vanessa Banks, Gordon McGee and Joyce McGee; his sister-in-law Yvette Davis McGee; his daughters, Sherry Phillips, Shelia Fields and Melissa Phillips; his grandchildren, Daysha Page, Lynn Bowden Jr., Talissa Parnell and Tarique Parnell; his great grandchildren, Lynn Bowden III, Nami Bowden and Ty Scott; his aunts, Connie Southerland and Esther McClain; and his uncle George Mauzy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
