He is survived by: his wife Weslie; his children, Ben and Leah; his sister Janice Hukle; his nephews, Chester and Michael; his parents-in-law, Artie and Janet Howard; his sister-in-law Emily (Jason DeLong); his nieces and nephews, Jack, Lily, Caroline and Sam; and his friends, Greg Brown, Mike "Big" Hurt, Dave Davis, John "Gonzo" Gonsalves (Melanie), Adrianne, Chandler and Ramsey Hayhurst.
