We are sad to announce that on July 5, 2021, at the age of 85, Arlene Joan Foster of Lexington, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Eugene and Rose Viola Bessette; her siblings, Frank Bessette, Jr., Kay F. Golden and Alice Penor; and her brother-in-law Bill Golden.

She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Lynn Richardson (Bruce), Frederick R. Foster II (Helen) and Daryl Bruce Foster (Windi); and her grandchildren, Kathleen Rose Raspotnik (Eddie), Rena Marie Buckley (Derek), Frederick R. Foster III, Tyler Scott Foster, Johnathan Norris (Kayla), David Norris (Jessica), Michael Norris (Ruth), Kelli McAbee (Jordan) and Lucy Jakab (Matthew).

In lieu of flowers donations are being encouraged to Wounded Warriors or Alzheimer's Association.
