She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Ronald David Wagoner; her son Randall Scott Estes (Joyce); her stepchildren, Analisa Wagoner (Lexington) and David Wagoner (Arwen Donahue); her stepgranddaughter Sarah Phoebe Wagoner (Nicholas County); her mother Anna Winifred Bottorff Neal; her siblings, Elizabeth Beck, Jane White, Charlotte Parris, Kathryn Allsop and Stanford Neal; and her half-brother Glenn Neal. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
