It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Annetta Cornell of Lexington, Kentucky, born in Owensboro, Kentucky, who passed away on November 16, 2021, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Graham Smith and Helen Wilson Smith; her husband Troy Leslie Cornell; and her grandson Kerry Graham Postlewaite. She is survived by: her children, Larry Dale Cornell (Sandy) of Lexington, KY, John William Cornell (Helen) and Charlotte Cornell Postlewaite; her sister Beverly Kirk of Habit, KY; her sons, Gary Postlewaite, Greg Norris and Masonville; her grandchildren, Miana Jane Cornell (Timothy Roger Gago) of Lexington, John Kyle Postlewaite (Jaleena) of Nashville, TN, William Cole Cornell of Brooklyn, NY, John Leslie "Jack" Cornell (Lauren) of Quincy, IL and Patrick O'Bryan Cornell (Erin Boniface) of Portland, OR.; and her great grandchildren, Forrest Roger, Cecelia Jane Gago, Dash Miller, Brik Graham Postlewaite of Louisville, KY, Ezra Victor Postlewaite of Nashville, TN, Betty Ruth Boniface Cornell of Portland, OR and Troy Eldon Cornell of Quincy, IL. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
