She was predeceased by: her husbands, Tom Cleary and Gene Ball; her son Terry Cleary; her sister Herma Lee Adams; and her grandson Michael Cleary.

She is survived by: her children, David Cleary (Rita) and Tomi Salzmann (Tom); her stepdaughter Beth Goforth (Gary); her grandchildren, Brian Cleary (Piper), Sarah Larrabee (Matthew) and Ben Salzmann (Rebecca); her great grandchildren, Samantha Sweeney (Jeremy) and Dana Maynard (Spencer); and also, Elijah, McKenzie Cleary, Madelyn, Noah Larrabee and William Salzmann.
