He was predeceased by: his parents, John Granville and Ida Elizabeth Gillian Sallee; and his brothers, John and Donald Sallee. He is survived by: his wife Harriett LaVern Stephens Sallee; his daughter Rebecca Harris of Lexington; his grandchildren, Tristan and Jacob Harris; and his sister Dorothy Wilson (Don) of Lexington. He is also survived by one niece and several nephews.

“My condolence to the family of (Andy) as I knew him as a youngster, my heart goes out to LaVern and daughter Rebecca , so sorry for your incredible loss. I remember his as a handsome young artist who loved Lovely LaVern whole heartedly , as a young child I use to watch how they would sit outside next to each other quietly speaking and other times in silence, I thought they were such a cool couple who cared about each other and I was lucky enough to get to stay overnight sometimes.”
