She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Hamilton Atkins and Lucille Hargett Atkins; her former husband Andrew Thomas McGuire; her son John Theodore Crow; her stepson Thomas McGuire; and her niece Elizabeth Green (Sean).
She is survived by: her husband Wayne; her children, Wayne Cecil Crow, Jr. (Susan) and Cynthia Lu Crow Gosser (John Poore); her brother Frank H. Atkins II (Carol); her niece Jaime Verba (Ken); her nephew Frank Atkins, III (Ginger); and also, Kelly Allen (Mike) and Erin Provence (Steve).
Prior to her death Jo requested in lieu of flowers, donations to charities that were near to her heart: American Cancer Society, Hospice of the Bluegrass, the American Diabetes Association or another charity of your choice.
