He was predeceased by: his parents, William Junior Gabbard and Anna Atwell Gabbard. He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Gabbard Fowler (John) and Kelly Gabbard Brown (Chad); his grandchildren, Bailey Fowler Underwood (Davey), Caden Shrider, Rachael Brown, Shelby Brown, Kennedy Fowler and Addison Fowler; his siblings, William Gabbard (Gwen) and Judy Gabbard Neal (Glenn); his nieces, Jamie Neal and Kayla Mitchell (Chris); his nephew Scott Neal; his great-niece Aria; and his pet Charlie.
