She was predeceased by: her parents, Idell Hush and Sam Hush; her siblings, Sam Hush, Jr., Dorothy Long and Mary Jo Crider; and her spouse F. N. Hazen (Nicey).
She is survived by: her children, Andrea Donaldson (Randy) of Nashville, Sam Hazen (Glenna) of Nashville, Stephanie Hazen Skaff of Nashville and Alicia Jordan (Michael) of Lexington, Kentucky.; her grandchildren, Andrew, Joseph Donaldson, Luke Hazen (Grace), John Hazen, Zachary, Daniel Skaff, Sarah and Jonathan Jordan; her sister Daisy Hush Tucker; and her caregivers, Crystal, Sandy, Felicia and Jamyra. She is also survived by two nieces and eight nephews.
