She was predeceased by: her parents, Henrietta Laura Harnish and Leslie Carl "Buster" Harnish (Robert Mayes Pierce); her siblings, Carol Dart, Joan Lange and Jerry Harnish; and her daughter Laura Pierce.

She is survived by: her husband Mayes Pierce; her siblings, Beverly Harnish Myrvold (Steve) and William Harnish; her nephews, Robert M. Pierce Jr. (Marie) and Jeff Pierce (Patti); her niece Alison Kilian; her grandchildren, Mary Alice (Mary), Robert (Alex), Lillie Pierce, Michelle Pierce Jenkins (Chris), John Michael Pierce, Laura, Josh, Zach, Ryan, Ashley and Katie Kilian; and her great grandchildren, Annie Pierce and Miller Jenkins. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
