He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Nacy Shultz and Elizabeth Shultz of Mulhenberg Co; his sons, Alex of Lexington, KY and Dameon Shultz of Lexington, KY; his siblings, Andrew Shultz (Sue) of Madisonville, KY, Jerry Clark (Lou Ann Trammell) of Lexington, KY, Wila Hatchett (Paul) of Bowling Green, Beverly Clark of Illinois and Esther Weems (Bernard) of Douglasville, GA; and his siblings-in-law, Mary K. Mitchell of Lexington, KY, Georgia K. Smith of Lexington, KY and Chester Kavanaugh (Shelia) of Danville, KY. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
