He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Rabiner and Mollie Shrier Rabiner; and his siblings, Betty Rabiner, Benjamin Rabiner and Estelle R. Sachs.

He is survived by: his wife Marian Schiffer Rabiner; his pet Carly; his children, Andrew Steven Rabiner (Robin) and Mollie Hetty Rabiner; and his grandchildren, Caroline Michelle Rabiner, Rebecca Nicole Rabiner, Samuel Elliott Rabiner and Lukas Edward Rabiner.
