He is survived by: his siblings, Monroe Lorenzo Taylor, Winstead Darnell Taylor, Carl Van Taylor and Sylvia Elizabeth Long; and his children, Carlissa Ann Taylor, Smith Lee Taylor, Jr., Joshua Lee Powell, Whitney Lashea Taylor O'Bryan, Kelsey Crowe and Robert Preston Crowe. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
