She was predeceased by: her parents, Betty Jo Epley Davis and Paul Franklin Davis; her former husband Roger Johnson; her significant other Donnie Cox; and her sister Debbie Stearsman.
She is survived by: her children, Telena Baldwin (Kent) of Hanson, KY, Emily Dwire (Jeremy) of Manitou, KY, Brian Johnson of Lewisport, B. J. Cox of Lewisport and Donnie "Punkin" Cox, Jr. of Lewisport; her brother Tim Davis (Wendy) of Madisonville; her grandchildren, Tristan Cox, Katie Cox, Kendall Baldwin, Lacy Baldwin, Paige Baldwin, Rachel Dwire, Rebekah Dwire and Raeleigh Dwire; her stepmother Carol Davis Williams; and her stepsister Dewan Baxter. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
