She was predeceased by: her parents, Thearon Johnson and Agnes Rhodes Johnson; her husband John Rickard; her siblings, Johnny Johnson, Ernie Johnson and Geraldine Browning; her close friend Rudolph Jones; her great grandchild Joshua Thomasson; and her nephew Ernie Johnson, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Pam Edge and Jeff Rickard (Rebecca); and her sister Linda (Harold). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Gibson & Son Funeral Home (315 Caroline St, Lewisport, KY 42351). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at the New Hope Cemetery.
