He is survived by: his children, Nicki Easler, Jeff Matlock and Andy Matlock; and his siblings, Sue Garrett, Alice Douglas, Janice Matlock, Ricky Matlock (Nancy) and Eva Payne (David). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the James H. Davis Funeral Home & Crematory Chapel (3009 Frederica St, Owensboro, KY 42301). A memorial service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
