He is survived by: his children, Brittany Swihart (Keri Hunt), Brian Swihart (Shaylene), Kristy Royer (Matt), Kayla Swihart (Josh Troutman) and Haley Howell Swihart; his grandchildren, Caprice, Laveenya, Brian, Gavin, Gage, Ryder, Carson, Abby, Clara and Finley; and his sisters, Julie Swihart and Tina Swihart (Mike Nugent).
