He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Basham and Georgia Stephens Basham; his son Roger Leo Basham; his children-in-law, Cindy Basham and Fred Goodwin; and his brothers, Stephen, Richard, Howard and Ebert Basham.
He is survived by: his wife Eileen Hagan Basham; his children, Donna Bryant (Bob Daniels), Steve Basham (Sherry), Jan Goodwin, Martil Basham, Sheila Estes (Dan), Shelby Basham (Sherry) and Scott Basham (Rhonda); and his sisters, Mary Lambert, Bernadine Dean (Tony) and Lila Ray (Leonard). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; several step grandchildren and several step great grandchildren.
