She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Shouse and Lena Shouse; and her husband Billy Ray Shutt. She is survived by: her children, Billy Ray Shutt Jr. (Yvette) of Owensboro, Carolyn Mitchell of Greenville, Donna Quattrocchi of Lewisport and Renee Wigginton (Brent) of Lewisport; her grandchildren, Matthew Quattrocchi of Evansville, Jeannie Quattrocchi, Rae Haycraft (Russell) and Haley Wigginton; and her great grandchild Collins Haycraft of Lewisport. She is also survived by her four children, four grandchildren, and one great-granddaughter.
