Hubert Darrell Potts Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 9, 2025, at the age of 81, Hubert Darrell Potts of Lewisport, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Potts and Edith Roberts Potts; his stepmother Frankie "Gal" Potts; and his sisters, Anita Coons and Peggy McDaniel.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Shelton Potts; his children, Duane Potts (Donna) and Debra Helm (Leonard); his grandchildren, Garrett Helm (Elizabeth), Hannah Helm, Olivia Potts and Mason Potts; his great grandchildren, Raegan, Peyton and Hazelyn Helm; and his brother Sam Potts. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the James H. Davis Funeral Home and Crematory (3009 Frederica St, Owensboro, KY 42301). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
