She is survived by: her husband Richard W. Warner, Sr.; her children, Regina Ralph (Russell), Kara Eckles (Shane), Richard W. Warner, Jr. (Donna) and Debbie Beavin; her grandchildren, Brandon Abell (Sarah), Ashley Hodskins (Matt), Seth Abell (Devonna), Brittani Haney (Richard), R. W. Warner III, Aiden Embry, Eli Embry, Jake Eckles, Jared Eckles, Bridgett Eckles, Shauna Thomas and Derek Ralph; her sister Sandra Eaves; and her sisters-in-law, Susie Craft (Robert), Judy Stewart and Patricia Stiltner. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
