She was predeceased by: her father Reuben Banks; her son Mark Adkins; her granddaughter April Adkins; her brothers, Miller Banks, Robert Banks and James Banks; and her niece Clarirose Gilmore.
She is survived by: her husband James Ray Adkins; and her children, Neal Adkins of Owensboro, William "Bill" Adkins of Tell City, IN, Aimee Frank (Richard) of Rockport, IN and Kathy Adkins of Lewisport. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, four great greatgrandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
