It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dreama Faye Gray of Lewisport, Kentucky, born in Rumsey, Kentucky, who passed away on November 9, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert S. Blake and Christine Coakley Blake; her husband Freddie Gray; her son Donald Hartman; and her sister Sue Blake.
She is survived by: her daughters, Velma Adkins (Brian), Beverly Thienes, Clemmie Jackson (Scotty) and Marion Lawalin (Brian); her grandchildren, Josh Hartman, Chrystal Adkins, Natasha Nall, Matt Adkins, Jacquelyn Gibson, Nakia Goode, Cody Lawalin, Taylor Fischer, Jersey Ingram, Austin Nyhuise and Danny Nyhuise; and her siblings, Bonnie Laster, Monie Johnson, Anna Blake, Robert Blake, Jr., Donnie Blake and Orvile Carter. She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Central Baptist Church (25 State Rte 3543, Hawesville, KY 42348). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at the same location.
