He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Shutt and Ocea Shutt; and his brothers, Ted, Homer, Ronnie and Donnie Shutt.
He is survived by: his great grandchild Collins; his wife Jean; his children, Billy Jr. (Yvette) of Owensboro, Renee Wigginton (Brent), Donna Quattrocchi of Lewisport and Carolyn Mitchell of Greenville; his grandchildren, Matt Quattrocchi, Jeannie Quattrocchi, Rae Lynn Haycraft (Russell) and Haley Wigginton; and his siblings, Mike Shutt, Grace Moody, Sharon Burkewitz and Barbara Shutt.
