He was predeceased by: his parents, Lemuel "Nip" Sipes and Louise Horrell Sipes; his grandson Zackery Wayne Guinn; and his father-in-law Eugene Robbins. He is survived by: his wife Jimmilyn Robbins Sipes; his daughter Victoria "Torie" (Jacob Shivley); his mother-in-law Grace Robbins; his brother-in-law Barry Robbins; and his nephew Oren Robbins.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to Hospice of Western Kentucky or your favorite charity.
