He is survived by: his mother Emma Harper Hightower; his wife Betty Hightower; his children, Michael Wayne Hightower and Tammy Michelle Rager (Dewayne); and his siblings, Jimmy Hightower (Russellville), Chris Hightower (Russellville) and Brenda Collins (Bobby).
