He was predeceased by: his parents, Clay Heltsley and Ruthie Heltsley; and his sister Betty Whitman. He is survived by: his wife Veronica Ann; his sons, Jeff Heltsley and Rex Heltsley; his sister Zena Drake; and his grandchildren, Clay Heltsley, Tabitha Scarbrough, Dustin Heltsley and Jacob Heltsley. He is also survived by 6 great grand children.
