He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas C. Vaughn and Sarabelle Homer Vaughn; his brother David Vaughn; and his grandson Dakota Vaughn. He is survived by: his wife Helen Agee Vaughn; his daughters, Kathy Vaughn of Lewisburg, KY, Vickie Shearer (Alex) of Elizabethtown, KY and Rita Bragg (Shane) of Georgetown, KY; his siblings, Bruce Vaughn of Lewisburg, KY, Janeen Thomas (Gary) of Lewisburg, KY, Carol Dye of Broken Arrow, OK and Cheryl Whitescarver (Dean) of Lewisburg, KY; and his grandchildren, Haley Bilyeu, Thomas Bilyeu, Kyla Bilyeu, Braden Shearer, Grant Shearer, Zander Shearer, Molly Bragg, Allie Bragg and Courtney Bragg. He is also survived by father to his three girls and grandfather to 10 grandchildren.
