He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clarence Cook and Lola Nichols Cook; his wife Linda Evitts Cook; his children, Rockford Lee Cook and Lisa Cook Larson; his grandchildren, Savannah Larson Seibold (Tom), Taylor Cook McGehee (Caleb), MaCarly Cook Zoellick (Clint), Chandler Larson Bruner (Caleb) and Landon Robert Larson; and his great grandchildren, Jase Carter, Isabella Grace and Simeon Lee.
