She was predeceased by: her parents, Estil Ervin Winn and Christa Jewell Kennedy Winn; her former husband Earl Burnett; and her brother Bobby Winn. She is survived by: her husband Hugh Waggoner of Lewisburg; her children, Lori Rivard (Joey) of Franklin, TN and Curtis Burnett (Kristi) of Lewisburg; her stepdaughters, Marla Jo Lawson (Rick) of Lugoff, SC and Bregetta Serafin of Daysville, KY; her brother Bennie Winn (Joyce) of Dunmor; her grandchildren, Austin Yonts of Franklin, TN, Andrew Yonts of Franklin, TN, Noah Bray (Molly) of Lewisburg, Parker Bray (Candace) of Russellville, Claire Rivard of Franklin, TN and Lauren Burnett of Lewisburg; and her great grandchild Kit Bray of Lewisburg.

Visitation was held on Sunday, December 8th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Price Funeral Home, Inc. (252 E Green St, Lewisburg, KY 42256). A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 8th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
