It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ophel Evaline Wallace of Lewisburg, Kentucky, who passed away on April 13, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rado Arnold and Bessie Johnson Arnold; her husband William Wallace; and her siblings, Melvin Arnold, Raymond Arnold, Lillian McMillen, Lula Latham, Lorene Smith and Elvenia Hunt.

She is survived by: her son Roy Wallace of Lewisburg, KY; and her grandchild Farah Wallace of Lewisburg, KY..
