She was predeceased by: her parents, Shellie Thompson and Ethel Henderson Thompson. She is survived by: her sons, Ritchie Adler (Donna) of Russellville, KY and Rodney Adler (Lorraine) of Lewisburg, KY. She is also survived by 5 grand children; 7 great grand children.
Due to current mandates and to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, we are currently only able to allow 75 people in the building at one time, not including employees or clergy.
