She was predeceased by: her parents, Mack Drake and Marie Drake. She is survived by: her husband John McIntosh of Lewisburg; her daughters, Kathy Farmer (Jason) of Hopkinsville and Cynthia Brooks of Elkton; her brother Mack Drake (Tonya) of Park City; her grandchildren, Rebecca Morrow of Hopkinsville, Ethon Howard of Elkton, Justin Moore of Elkton, Peyton Farmer of Greenville and Dalton Farmer of Hopkinsville; and her great grandchildren, Bayleigh Farmer of Clinton, Waylon Farmer of Greenville, Levi Farmer of Greenville and Elliot Giddens of Hopkinsville, KY. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Price Funeral Home, Inc. (252 E Green St, Lewisburg, KY 42256). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
