He is survived by: his wife Faye Waggoner Brown; his family, Clay Waggoner (Paula), Sandy Ing (Sam), Nena Francies (Mark) and Will Francies (Brandi); and his nephews, Lannie and Philip Hinton.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Price Funeral Home, Inc. (252 E Green St, Lewisburg, KY 42256). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
