We are sad to announce that on August 27, 2019, at the age of 78, John Hamlin Guion III (Lewisburg, Kentucky) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his son John H. Guion IV. He is survived by: his wife Patsy; his daughter Susan Guion Coursey (Mark); his siblings, George Samuel Guion, Joseph Taylor Guion (Carolyn) and Linda Carol Gilliam (Glenn); and his grandchildren, Kristen Danielle Coursey and Kaleb Hamlin Coursey. He is also survived by Several Nieces and Nephews.
