He is survived by: his children, Vivian Milam of Lewisburg, KY, Shellie Tomes (Don) of Russellville, KY, Rickey Key of Russellville, KY and Jeff Key of Russellville, KY; and his stepchildren, Tonia Waid (Travis) of Franklin, KY and Tony Ashby of Lewisburg, KY. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 3 step-grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; 5 step great-grandchildren.
