She is survived by: her father Larry Keithley of Schochoh, KY; her husband James McNelly of Lewisburg, KY; her children, Eathan Coffman of Owensboro, KY and Elisha Coffman of Owensboro, KY; her stepmother Ramona Keithley of Schochoh, KY; and her brother Steve Keithley of Owensboro, KY. She is also survived by 3 grand children.
