With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Freddie Wayne Vaughn of Lewisburg, Kentucky, who passed away on March 6, 2025 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lasley and Christine Vaughn (Evitts). He is survived by: his wife Connie Vaughn; his children, Tina Vaughn of Lewisburg and Chris Vaughn (LeeAnn) of Lewisburg; his siblings, Tony Vaughn (Janice) of Trenton, Sammy Vaughn of Dunmore, Danny Vaughn Auburn (Rita), Timmy Vaughn (Mary) of Lewisburg, April Gardner (Bobby) of Auburn and Melissa Vinson (Chris); his grandchildren, Mykal Hampton, Jaxon Flannagan, Tyler Vaughn, Samantha Gloyd (Gunnar), Gabbie White (Christopher) and Dakota Cole; and his great grandchildren, Kowen, Savannah, Elijah, Enoch and Rocky.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Young Funeral Home Russellville Chapel (1600 Nashville St, Russellville, KY 42276). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 at the Fitzhugh Cemetery (436 Peach Orchard Rd, Lewisburg, KY 42256).
The family ask that donations be made to the Freddie Vaughn Memorial Fund at Auburn Banking Company in Auburn or Russellville.
