He is survived by: his children, Kevin Cain of Berea, KY, Kathy Campbell of Lewisburg, KY and Melanie Cain of Davenport, IA; and his siblings, Jackie Cain of Davenport, IA, Randall Cain of Davenport, IA, Barbara Cain of Lewisburg, KY, Patsy Mathew of Fisk, MO and Nelda Blake of Rock Island, IL. He is also survived by 6 grand children; 6 great grand children.
