He was predeceased by: his parents, Linville Lyle McKinney and Shirley Lacy McKinney. He is survived by: his wife Barbara McKinney of Sharon Grove; his sister Talia McKinney Collins (Patrick) of Lebanon, OH; and his nieces, Tamryn Claire Collins of Lebanon, OH and Shana Marie Collins of Lebanon, OH.
