She is survived by: her daughters, Carolyn Adler and Sharon Brown; her sister Sue Penrod of Lewisburg, KY; her grandsons, Steven Costelow, Patrick Costelow and Derek Brown; her great grandchildren, Taylor Ashby, Kayla Anderson, Autumn Tisdale and Avery Brown of Sharon Grove, KY; and her great great grandchild Emmery Anderson of Lewisburg, KY. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
