He is survived by: his siblings, Jeffrey Lynn Smith of Taylorsville, KY, Regina Adler of Glasgow, KY and Jacqueline Pogue of Drakesboro, KY; and his grandchildren, Philia Smith-Howard of Springfield, KY, Tyler Smith of Bardstown, KY and Mikayla Everly of Lewisburg, KY. He is also survived by 5 great grand children.
