He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Kondracki of Lewisburg, KY.; his sons, David Kondracki Jr. (Debbie) of Russellville, KY, Aaron Kondracki (Tracy) of Snohomish, WA and Mathew Kondracki (Crystal) of Adairville, KY.; his siblings, Frank Kondracki Jr. of Russellville, KY, Dan Kondracki of Woodburn, KY, Fred Kondracki of Russellville, KY., Bobbi Hill of Auburn, KY, Jean Coursey of Lewisburg, KY and Chessie Edwards of Kirsky, KY.; and his grandchildren, Manon Kondracki, Kyric Kondracki, Joseph Kondracki and Madison Kondracki.
