It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vess Howard (Letcher, Kentucky), who passed away on March 22, 2018, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Sylvester Howard; his siblings, Arlie Howard of Wayne Howard and Ellen Brainard of Rose Caplinger; and his grandson Logan Howard. He is survived by: his parent Ellis Ison Howard; his wife Carol Adams Howard; his sons, Clint Jay Howard of Letcher, Jason Lee Howard of Letcher and Christopher Michael Howard; his stepdaughter Lana Banks of Jeremiah; his siblings, Joey Howard of Ohio, Opal Hoskins of Ohio, Bertha Howard of Letcher and Janie Scearce of Letcher; and his grandchildren, Cole Howard, Taylor Howard, Ethan Howard, Gavin Howard and Dallas Howard.
