She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Pendleton and Nancy Carol Fields Boggs; her stepfather Howard Taft Boggs; and her brother Richard Pendleton. She is survived by: her husband Ivan Mullins; her daughters, Janie Collins of Whitesburg and Nancy Shepherd of Leatherwood; her siblings, David Pendleton of Partridge, Richard Johnson of Partridge and Patricia Fields of Partridge; and her grandchildren, Alexis Halcomb, Heaven Halcomb and Jeremiah Halcomb.
